The items are gorgeous, unfortunately, fedex broke one of the plates. You can see where the box was damaged and that's where the broken plate was. Ordering, a replacement plate was very quick and easy. The problem with an order section on your website was very easy to use. It took less than two minutes. UPDATE:::: I received ed the replacement set today and thwrw was another broken plate. Thankfully I dis t ha e to send thw first set back. So its ok. Everything has been Meraviglioso!! The plate sets match my lava stone table that I bought in Italy and had shipped to me! Color was perfect, they feel sturdy. I read a few reviews that said they had some chipping of their plates. I have had stoneware before and I feel these should not easily chip unless of course they are dropped or not handled with care.
