I’ve been eyeing this piece for a while. In general I still love it but I expected it to be heavier for solid wood. There were also a few minor defects that I’m not thrilled about especially with the cost of the item but, it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it for a replacement not knowing if I was going to encounter the same defects or worse. This took way longer for shipping than quoted and arrived much later than anticipated. It was easy to assemble and just put the legs on. It's solid wood, so that's very nice and it's a great color tone (think we got the dark, not cherry). It's getting 4 stars because there is a drawer that needs repairing - the face and bottom panel have come apart and I cannot figure out how to get the drawer out of the unit to repair it just yet.
