I do like the material of this couch- it’s a comfortable lived in look- however it’s tricky to get the pillow inside the covers. The way we did it was to turn them inside out and hold the corners and another person pulls it over - however the zipper is broken on one of the cushion and couldn’t zip it up given it’s a small tight fit - you have to adjust the frame with screws and legs to make it snug. - they did have some markings on the cushions but it’s on both and looks purposeful - hope I can get it removed. I am overall very content with this purchase! The couch looks high-end for a reasonable price, and the quality feels surprisingly good for faux leather. It is absolutely perfect for an apartment space. Color Note I do wish Wayfair provided clearer images differentiating the Mid-Brown and Coffee colors. I ordered the Mid-Brown, which has much more of a caramel tone to it. If you want a deeper, truer brown, Id suggest going with Coffee. That said, it still looks great and doesnt bother me too much! Pillow Note The pillows do not hold their shape as much as I would like it to, it is a bit slouchy. The velcro helps hold it in place, but I have to fluff often to make it aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Assembly Advice Get a helper I highly recommend having two people to assemble this. Be ready to problem-solve The instructions were a bit difficult and had some missing details. You have to be pretty intuitive to figure out how certain pieces fit together. I honestly love this couch way more than I expected to. The green velvet color is gorgeous in person — it gives that moodyjewel-tone vibe without looking too dark or cheap. It completely elevated my apartment aesthetic and became the centerpiece of my living room immediately. The size worked really well for my space too since I’m in an apartment and didn’t want something massive or overwhelming. It has that modern, clean look while still feeling cozy. The velvet is soft, the tufting looks expensive, and it photographs insanely well. Assembly was pretty straightforward overall. I was able to get it together without wanting to launch myself into another dimension, which already gives it bonus points. One thing I did NOT expect is how weirdly easy this fabric is to clean. I’ve gotten spills, stains, marker, and even BBQ sauce out of it using just cool water and a tiny bit of dish soap. I was honestly convinced some of those stains were permanent and they came right out without ruining the fabric or color. That alone makes this couch worth it to me because life happens and I didn’t want something high-maintenance. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s more supportivefirm than cloud-soft, but I actually prefer that because it keeps the couch looking structured instead of saggy after a few months. Great for lounging, gaming, scrolling for hours, or having friends over. For the price, I genuinely think it looks much more expensive than it is. I love this couch! It's really a statement piece in our efficiency apartment that we rent out for short-term stays. ("The Canyon") The fabric makes it look posh/interesting. It's comfortable, but not cushiony. It seems like it's going to keep its shape over time better than other, more billowy, couches. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality.
