I purchased the Bridget Hall Tree in Dark Cherry and Im very happy with it overall. Assembly is definitely the biggest challenge, but it just takes patience. As long as you pay close attention to the instructions and take your time, its very doable. Everything arrived extremely well packaged, and all the pieces were in great condition. Once assembled, the hall tree feels sturdy and looks beautiful. The included baskets complement the dark cherry finish perfectly and really complete the look. One thing to keep in mind is that the finish seems like it could scratch fairly easily. If you plan to use the baskets often, Id recommend removing them carefully to avoid rubbing against the wood. Because of that, I think this piece is best suited as a decorative entryway organizer rather than something that will get heavy, rough daily use. Overall, its a beautiful piece of furniture, and Ive had a lot of fun decorating it for the seasons. It adds a warm, elegant touch to my entryway, and Im very pleased with my purchase. Overall looks nice. The drawers have trouble going all the way in especially if there is weight on the bench. Also wish the furniture was built taller in height so the whole bottom section can have more space to utilize. I ordered the hall tree in walnut. I paid to have it assembled and it took no more than 90 minutes for the technician to complete the assembly. This is a narrower hall tree that fits my small entryway perfectly. I especially appreciate the cubby holes for shoes, which hold up to 8 pairs. I love this shelfcabinet! A little tricky to assemble due to some hole misalignment but overall very cute in the bathroom. We ended up not using the back board that it comes with and just keeping it against the wall. Will use to stock supplies and guests can hang their purses or jackets on the hooks during bathroom use.
