Assembly was a pain because the pieces aren't aligned perfectly so it took some creativity and extra tools, I needed to outsource help and even get one piece replaced but other than that hiccup I think it's a great purchase.. I have been looking for nice heavy, solid, durable outdoor chairs. I live in Florida and the humidity makes everything grow mold. These chairs are definitely solid, the cushions are some of the best I’ve seen, as cover is washable. The cushions are firm but comfortable. The directions said it should take 10 minutes to assemble, however it took me longer. The chair is heavy by weight. I built them in the garage then carried them around to the backyard. Love Love Love I absolutely love this bench! I recently put in a memory garden for my daughter , who passed away last fall. It is well made and nice and sturdy. The chairs look good but assembly was difficult. The fabric on the two single chairs appears to have been cut too short. It is impossible to screw the bottom bar when attached to the fabric.
