This sofa is so beautiful. I couldnt be happier with my decision choosing this one. The cushions are a little on the firm side and thats how I like them. The back cushions are attached and they have zippers on the bottom, so you can add filling later if needed. The bottom cushions are firm, reversible and zippered. The seat is 20 from floor to top of seat. The pullout bed works very easily. It has a 5 mattress which really is not that bad at all as far as comfort. The toss pillows are very pretty and add a nice touch. I also want to add that this is a queen sleeper with three seat cushions. The sofa is 81 long. The color I choose is Jitterbug denim and it is perfect with the blues and grays of the area rug and chairs in my room, ( which I also purchased from Wayfair ). I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive.
