I loved this table when we got it. There was a very large flaw about the size of a dollar bill that I decided to live with. Then the first time we used it my glass sweat on the surface and it left a mark. I thought it would dry, the mark remained. Every drip leaves a permanent mark. When I tried to wipe the whole area, I took the gray was off. That was unacceptable to me so I lightly sanded the surface, filled the hole, gray washeded the surface and then put a finish coat on the whole thing. Here's a dining table that's totally modern but full of rustic elements. Pairing a solid reclaimed pine wood pedestal base against a concrete laminate table top, it blends old and new to create an eclectic, sculpture piece. This table is everything I dreamed of. First the color is perfect. I was looking for something with more browngray tones and the wood color on this table is perfect. Delivery was on time and very professional. The table comes in two parts. They were both packaged very very well and both pieces were perfect, free of any damage. The base is not too heavy but the table top is super heavy but I was able to help my husband with it. Just know you do need two people to assemble. Once you get the top on the base it attached with screws. It took my husband maybe 45 minutes. I can not recommend this table enough. It looks so high end. I still need to get side chairs and will update more pictures when styled. For color reference my floors are COREtec Pro in the color Ravenswood Oak. This table goes with flooring perfectly.. Jeff. Well it took 5 months to receive my new table and it was well worth it!!! The delivery/set up company-service was 5 star!!! They did a great job with delivery and installation. However... Wayfair did a poor job of communicating my contact info to the delivery company, I stayed home/missed work for the first delivery date and it was a "no show" because Wayfair gave the delivery people incorrect info. The second delivery date was set for between 11-3PM (yes took off another day from work) the morning of the delivery I received a text message at 7:30 AM that they would be delivering in 30 minutes (hours too early,) the delivery people were super nice and changed the time to when I could receive the delivery - they even showed me the message from Wayfair to them telling them to deliver my table at a much earlier time. Moral of the story - Yes the table is great and I love it, but... Wayfair - please figure out what is going on with your communication with your delivery service!!!
