The chairs required installation and I had a heck of a time getting the plastic (usually wood) dowels into the holes! This is embarrassing to say, but I literally put them in the freezer for awhile and then used a hammer to get them placed in the dowel hole, otherwise I couldn't get them in. Once I figured that out, it went fairly smoothly and for 2 chairs, it took me ~20 min. The color matches my walnut dining table well. They are comfortable and modern. I ordered the bar height table and 2 chair set for my small balcony. This is at a second home so I didn’t want to spend much on it. It’s a perfect size, comfortable and the price was affordable. I had a few problems putting it together. Lining up the holes for the screws and getting it started. I was dealing with a broken hand and just didn’t have the power. Called a friend and the two of us put it together pretty quickly. I like the mesh of the chairs, even though the balcony is covered, here in Texas the wind blows the hard rain on them. I am so very thrilled with this purchase. From the packaging to the nuts and bolts, everything felt quality. I set them up in probably an and a half moving slow. Allen wrench drill bit set will be your best friend. Poly wood is awesome. Sturdy, beautiful, durable.
