It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Update 5/7/2026: we're roughly 6 months in to owning 2 of these chairs and issues with failed stitching on the arms has started. We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse..
