I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. A 5 star experience all around. Quick truck delivery & boxed up for single person transport in pickup truck to remote setup site. Was able to put together all the roof trusses by myself & needed a buddy for all the setup steps after that. There are LOTS of nuts & bolts to connect LOTS of framing sections on this 11' model but we took our time to do it right. We paid extreme attention to squaring it up & maintaining the footing dimensions then 'nailed' each footing down with 4' 3/8" rebar with attached ground rod connectors as a 'nail' head. This staking was essential over the stock screw stakes provided if your setup is a more permanent 'temporary' structure. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall.
