This shelf arrived packaged well with no damage. The instructions were fairly clear and the shelf is quite light making the building experience simple. The only hang up I had was with the back cover, as there are very many small screws and on my product the pre-drilled holes did not perfectly align with the cover's screw holes. This is a nice, spacious bookcase. I do not give 5* because it came damaged. I ordered 2 bookcases and both came with a damaged side panel. Also I was not impressed how it looks in general. Coating looks cheap. Probably I would not buy it if I saw this bookcase in store. But it is too much work to return them and expensive too.
