This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. I had to cancel the bookcases that come with the middle unit because they kept delaying the delivery date. Also, the middle unit comes in two boxes, A and B. One of the boxes has no tools in it, so when you open the 1 box and you take all the pieces out, don’t go thinking that the tools are missing because more than likely they’re in the other box. In terms of the two additional bookshelves that go on each side of the middle unit, I don’t know about that because I never received those. But for a second I thought was missing tools until I opened the other box, so just remember that the middle unit comes as box A and B. That said, it took some time to put together, but it’s pretty straightforward. Just make sure you pay attention to the direction of which the pieces go. Also, you WILL NEED someone to help you put the top on the bottom because you can’t do it yourself, even if you have the strength to pick it up, you still need someone to help you line up the nails on part A into the holes on part B once you put both together. And remember, this is from box A and box B, which is impossible to do on your own. I already tried. Unless you get on a ladder and have a mirror or some kind of concoction you will simply not be able to do it without risking tearing up the wood. So needless to say it’s a two man job to put the two pieces together. But it will be beautiful in the end. And I plan to get my other two book cases somewhere else or some similar ones from Wayfair I just got tired of waiting. ). Erin W.. MD. Fri Oct 09 2026

75.2" Tall Large Farmhouse Bookcase Bookshelf, 6-Tier Bookshelf, Open Storage with Adjustable Shelves, Exquisite Frame Wooden Bookcase for Living Room, Home Office

Very pretty! Very tall which is just what I wanted. I was worried about the stability with it being so tall but the unit is very well built and very sturdy. Sturdy but not too heavy to move or set up. It comes with a brace to attach to the wall but not necessary for my use. It took an hour to put together. There were many pieces but all very well labeled and hardware all divided in baggies and labeled making it very easy to know you were using the right piece.. Brenda. TX. Mon Sep 28 2026
