I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. I especially like the reversible ottoman because it can be moved around to create different seating arrangements or used as a footrest or extra seat. Level set your expectations as we know this isn’t leather and you will have to put it together yourself. But knowing that going in, I’m very happy with this couch set. The headrest is awesome, lights are fun and pieces look really good. It’s definitely firm so I’d be interested in the comfort level once it’s broken in.
