It’s a solidly made chair and the leather is soft and top grain. Either the seat cushion is too high or the legs are too long so that the overall seating position is higher than our other dining chairs making them uncomfortable. My wife’s feet do not reach the floor and mine barely touch. We’re both average height. I love the chairs and plan to cut an appropriate amount of wood from the legs and solve the problem. It apprears to be a manufactureing or shipping issue. On top of that, the shipping was delayed, which made the wait frustrating. I hope the seller improves on both fronts. Chairs are very sturdy and well-made. Very easy to put together. The fabric is a woven charcoal gray and seems easy to clean. I put felt pads on the bottom of the legs to prevent scratching the floor. They look fabulous with the table I already had. Some reviews said the chairs were uncomfortable.
