I bought 4 of these chairs in black and love them. They’re just as pictured and came on the expected delivery date. Assembly was a breeze - just 13 screws - and took me under 15 minutes per chair. I did over-tighten one screw and stripped it but fortunately each chair came with spare parts. I swapped out the screw for a new one and it’s perfect. The seat height is on the high end of normal (almost 19”). I’m short and my feet barely touch the ground, so short people be aware of this. The seat is wide enough to comfortably accommodate people of various sizes and the chair is rated to 300 pounds.
