This corner unit is fantastic! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely terrible! It took a lot of troubleshooting with my contractor to make it work. It also requires a very strong pull to open it. It closes back very quickly with little effort, but definitely takes some effort on the pull. I had a few problems installing. The swing out arm would get stuck while swinging out. I had to add a slat of wood where the mounting bracket attached to the cabinet. WOW!! How have I lived without this blind corner organizer? Or more to the point - WHY have I struggled without it all these years? This is a terrifically engineered blind corner shelf. Takes a little carpentry experience to install, but once installed it is great. These are really nice shelves. Because they're custom and not 'off the shelf' you can maximize the shelf size and not lose as much space as you do with set sized shelves. They are a bit pricey, but they are very well made and good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to get them again for other cabinets.
