Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. Burner performance is amazing, knobs change colors to show which zones are on.. Peter. Fair Oaks, CA. Thu Oct 24 2024

I like this flat grill and lot. A lot of space for grilling and very easy to use. But I wont recommend buying the Royal Gourmet grill cover. It started tearing up and faded by the end of the summer from the sun. I have 5 grills and this was the only one that did this.. Michael. Chicago, IL. Sat May 16 2026

Great product, temperature has some fluctuations but overall holds temperature well and the amount of smoke that it produces is perfect. Used one time to make Baby Back ribs with a recipe found on the Blackstone website, the ribs came out much better than I expected, cooked tender with great medium smoke flavor. Can't wait to use the air-fryer side!. Michael B.. Texas. Sun Feb 02 2025

Perfect for backyard barbecues, patios, and outdoor entertaining, this versatile set lets you create a personalized cooking and prep station. Grills and cooking appliances are not included.

All in all a good grilling cabinet. All wood. Sturdy once assembled. Instructions were difficult to follow and understand. Wood split a couple times during screwing in screws. Hardware is not stainless steel, which means it will rust. We live in Florida so both the wood and hardware will not survive the elements. I will not place my Komado in the designated spot due to the weight of the smoker and quality and thickness of the wood. It is a nice looking cabinet and will elevate any out door kitchen for a time.. Carl Joseph. Palm Coast, Florida. Thu Oct 15 2026

I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. Other than that, it's a good product.. Tony. Los Angeles, CA. Mon Mar 30 2026

The gazebo took about 3 hours to build with an electric drill. One piece was damaged, but even though the box was beat up, the items inside were in great condition. I bought it open box, and it was in manufacturing box and packaging just like it was new. It doesn’t have a lot of room, but for our cabin, it will keep the grill covered and away from the house!. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose.
