This was not obvious in the website photos or specifications. Shipping took almost a month longer than expected. Lack of updates was very frustrating. Once delivery was scheduled, the delivery team was excellent. One piece was damaged, the delivery team call customer support immediately and ordered a replacement piece. Terrified to spend this much money on a sofa we couldn’t feel and see in person. Turns out the leather is beautiful, it is pebbled leather so it has a very nice texture and makes it even more special.
