This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Fri May 15 2026

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Fri Sep 11 2026

This metal platform bed showcases a clean-lined silhouette and an open-frame design that brings a traditional feel to your main bedroom. Once ordered, this bed frame with headboard arrived within a few days securely packaged all in one box!! I'm stressing one box because there was an incident with this delivery where the FedEx driver originally showed two snapshots on my account ...one was the correct box which was left at my door and the other box left at the door of a different apt in the same building! When I went outside to get the boxes, the one left at the wrong door wasn't there?!! I naturally assumed that someone must have taken it and immediately reported it to Fedex. I then called Wayfair and the lady I spoke to explained she was seeing both snapshots too! While waiting on Fedex response, I called Wayfair again to get an update! I got a different person who explained there should only have been one box and she only was seeing one snapshot!? She had me open the box to make sure everything was there. Of course everything was was right there all in one box! I then called Fedex back to explain all of this again and to let them know everything was okay! It was obviously a fluke with the Fedex driver but Fedex never admitted to or explained what really happened with the second snapshot. At any rate, I was happy to know that I had received everything in the one box. The bed frame with the headboard is really nice! It took awhile to assemble, but, I'm sure most anyone else, especially a man, could put it together in no time! It is made of a very heavy metal ...great quality and durable enough to last for many years! It is cost effective since it only requires a mattress ...no box springs required! I truly love this frame and would definitely recommend it!. Rosalind. Charleston, WV. Fri May 31 2024

This metal bed frame features a sleek, modern design. Crafted from premium steel, it provides stable support and effectively minimizes squeaking. The curved headboard and footboard offer a classic, safe aesthetic, while the 12-inch clearance height allows for easy storage underneath, helping keep your room tidy.

Our beautiful cats taught me that upholstered headboards are just a canvas for their kitty claws to destroy. As such, I had to find a replacement that the smallest members of our family won't take as an open challenge. I've always loved metal bedframes for their simplicity and timelessness. This bedframe provided the perfect economical solution to our in house designer (destructor) problem. Bonus: it looks far more expensive than it is. It went together quickly (I built it by myself in less than an hour), the instructions were clear, and so far no squeaking. I'll report back should that change over time.. Michelle. Edison, NJ. Bed Frame with Charging Station and LED Lights, Upholstered Headboard with 2-Tier Storage Shelves, Metal Bed Frame with Headboard, No Box Spring Needed, Easy Assembly,

I’d give this bed a 4.0-4.5 building was slightly stressful very little the only issue was the B ,I and J nails and other tools were not fitting. The wrench it also came with wasn’t the best. So we couldn’t finish the bed it’s basically at 99 until we go buy a toolbox so we can fix the last 4 screws.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

This bed is very solid and sturdy! The assembly was easy but time consuming as I put it together myself. It took a few hours. My only complaint is there was a small bubble of paint on one of the finials that flaked off leaving the metal underneath exposed. It had a bit of rust on it. Some touch up paint should solve the problem. This bed is beautiful and I’m very happy with it!. Lorraine. Maine. Mon Sep 28 2026
