My husband put it together by himself. Since we can’t put it up right against the wall because of the floor trim we did not stabilize as it recommended. Still seems very sturdy without. We purchased two of these consoles for our living room. They were the perfect length and depth to fill the space where our tv is hung. We paid for Wayfair assembly bc there are so many pieces and while that was helpful, we noticed the assembly pro put a piece on backwards and the baseboards of each piece are different (see photo). Luckily customer service was helpful and they rescheduled the pro to come back out and fix it. But the assembly pro texted and said “there’s nothing wrong with the assembly, it’s just not level…” which is incorrect.
