It had 1,000 pieces and 1,000 steps to put it together, but it was pretty easy - just time consuming. It’s quite sturdy feeling and looks great. My only complaint is that the locking mechanism that keeps only one drawer open at a time is kind of loud and clanky. The crib was easy to put together by myself and I like the style a lot. The crib color looks more brown when it’s in the box but once it’s built, it does look more mauve like the pictures online.
