Easy to apply. Video suggested said it had a 'scraper' of sorts to smooth it and a test piece...It was not list in the sale and it wasn't included. Still the decal is as describe brighter blue than expected but it is lovely. I have no idea why it is a 'nursery' decal. Mine is above the desk in my kitchen!
