Love the sturdiness for my daughter’s room. However the staining on the lighter color almost makes it look dirty around certain edges, i’m not sure if that was intentional for a “driftwood color”. This wingback platform bed features an upholstered frame wrapped in polyester to bring cozy texture and a tailored look to your space. The clean-lined silhouette incorporates a padded headboard and a matching footboard, creating a relaxed spot to lean back while reading or watching TV. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, anchored by center support legs for added stability. Included solid wood slats support your mattress without needing a box spring. Plus, this bed is designed to be compatible with an adjustable bed base.

This is a beautiful bed, and I absolutely love the shape and style. Unfortunately, there are two significant issues. First, the color is very misleading. I ordered Oatmeal expecting a warm beige or neutral fabric based on the listing photos. In person, it reads VERY gray—much more gray than beige or even greige. I’ve tried it in different lighting and with different bedding, and the gray undertone is still very noticeable. This is especially disappointing because the design itself is exactly what I was looking for. The listing also states that this bed is compatible with an adjustable base. While our adjustable base fits inside the bed frame, when we raise the mattress and then return the base to the flat position, the mattress gets caught on the bed frame and does not come back down properly. We have to manually push the mattress back into place every time. So, although an adjustable base technically fits, I would not consider it fully functional or truly compatible with one. I’m adding photos to hopefully help anyone considering this bed. The style is beautiful, but if you’re specifically looking for a warm beige or oatmeal color or regularly use the adjustable functions of your base, these are definitely things to consider before purchasing.. Plenty of room for sweet dreams and big imagination? Now that’s a win-win! The Jenny Spindle Bed combines classic charm with lasting quality. Inspired by the timeless Jenny Lind style, this bed features signature turned wood spindles and a tall, eye-catching headboard that brings a playful yet polished touch to any bedroom. Crafted from knot-free, solid pine wood, the Jenny Spindle Bed offers exceptional strength and durability you can count on. A clean, low-VOC finish supports a healthy indoor environment, while solid wood slats, a metal support bar, and metal-on-metal connections create a sturdy, stable design that’s built to last. This spindle bed ships conveniently in one box and includes easy-to-read instructions, tools, and hardware for quick assembly—no box spring or bunkie board required.

Ok, giving this 4.5 stars for aesthetic and solid wood frame. HOWEVER, please be cautioned There were some dings and splintering that are fortunately hidden after assembly with one acception. The assembly itself self took 2.5 hrs with a couple sanity breaks. Each spindled piece has an item sticker that would be visible and thus needed removal. I ruined my nails and spent 10x as long removing stickers and the glue as I did putting the head and footboard together. After FINALLY getting this bed put together, I almost cried contemplating the labor intensive deconstruction that would be required to take it out of the room. This project is not for the faint of heart. It is, indeed, a project. I would not deduct stars as paying for assembly is an option. Also, an oversight on my part, but the bedframe will not house a mattress and box spring, only a mattress. My biggest frustration was the assembly, and second the blemishes on the frame. Of course I cannot handle breaking down to return for replacement pieces, but generally I would recommend if youre going for appearance.. Laurel. Ormond Beach, FL. Mon Aug 03 2026

Understated yet refined, this upholstered metal bed brings together the strength of steel and the softness of tailored fabric for a look that feels both timeless and approachable. Wrapped in a neutral, natural-toned fabric and softly padded with foam, this bed invites relaxed lounging and quiet moments. Its versatile design pairs easily with a variety of bedding styles, from minimalist neutrals to layered textures. Whether you're updating a guest room or refreshing your primary bedroom, this upholstered platform bed delivers timeless appeal with practical functionality. No box spring required; mattress not included. Assembly required

What an EASY build. I always appreciate not having to put together 50 billion pieces. This bed took no more than 15 minutes to put together. I gave it 4 stars simply because the footboard had some stains. However, the bed is gorgeous timeless. This is a piece that can look modern, or classic depending on the bedding and the style of the bedroom. Not heavy, but very sturdy. Love a good piece!. Valerie. Albuquerque, NM. Mon May 18 2026
