Hopefully this review can dispel any doubts about this specific listing. This review is the status as of June 2, at 15:45. My lounger was delivered around noon this and was opened and unboxed around 12:15, the label on the vacuum seal stated to let the lounger expand over 96 hours, so I'll be keeping an eye on this for the next few days. I was initially worried I'd end up with a defective lounger with poor inflation and no back support like in one of the earliest reviews on here, but the inflation and firmness that are present within the first 4 hours of my specific delivery are quite promising. I sat on it for a combined total of 5 ish minutes today, testing the back support and whatnot, and it is beyond adequate for someone at my frame (6'1" 260lbs). The back / neck support is incredible and this lounger was just what i needed to complete my cozy retro gaming setup in my room; the firmness is superb and provides great support that will definitely allow for long hours just lounging and watching films or playing games. so this isn't a bean bag chair at all. it's pretty strong foam inside which we actually like a lot better! it did take a few hours to come to life fully from the plastic, and the smell was pretty awful so we put it outside to off-gas, but it's really comfortable. it is very LOW, so you are sitting basically on the floor. not great for the taller people or those that have a hard time getting out of chair on the floor. think of it like those low sitting beach chairs, about that height. since ours is for a teen, it works great! our dog fully thinks its a giant dog bed lol!. Ordered for my 4 year-old-son's room and he LOVES how it feels. Definitely too low for adults, but perfect size for kids and he can squeeze on there with a friend if he wants to. Our dog also really likes it, haha. It is heavier than I thought it would be, but the carry handle helps us lug it around the room. The boucle-like material attracts more fuzz & pet hair than I'd like, but it vacuums easy. Lastly, and most importantly, it is DARK, almost black. All well-loved bean bags go flat with use, but not to worry! You can order our handy single-pack bean refill to bring your excellent Big Joe back to life whenever necessary. Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 liters of rejuvenating beans. The number of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while giant chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our refill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!

Turned out I did not need these and unfortunately they were thrown over the fence where the dogs ripped open the box. What a nightmare for my daughter!
