This is so nice! Very heavy, soft yet firm, there are 4 separate pillows, 2 arms, 1 the back, and 1 seat cushion. No directions though, so allow me to assist. Largest pillow, is the back of the chair, medium pillow is the seat cushion, smaller are for the arms. Don’t remotely believe the hype with one customer review below where the seat appears to be sunken in, in one area, possibly buyer error, wrong pillow in the wrong location. WE ordered this sectional in mixed gray. The pictures made it look much lighter. We received it, the colors were just too dark for us. I was disappointed because I was so excited for this sectional.
