Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. Perfect corner-filler! I was wanting to replace a small plant stand in the corner of my living room and this plant is perfect - assembly was quick and easy, and the realism is pretty good for the price. Definitely would recommend getting a different planter to finish off the look, but the one it comes in isn't bad. 10 feet is really tall! I am disappointed that the top section of my tree is not straight, so that when attached to the bottom, the tree does not stand erect but slants noticeably.
