First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

This chair is amazing! So comfortable. I work 2 jobs from home now and take online classes, so I am in the chair about 14 hours a day. It has great back support and the seat is real thick and cushioned. I am plus plus size -) and 5’7 and the chair fits perfectly, even with the arms (I personally love having arms on a chair) it was easy to put together, I did it myself, although very heavy. I highly recommend this chair if you are sitting at your desk for long periods.. Christy. Louisville, KY. Thu Apr 02 2020

Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY. This office chair features a solid wood frame that brings a mid-century modern look to your main bedroom or workspace. It's crafted with a high-back design and a polyester-upholstered seat, providing a structured profile for your daily tasks. The swivel seat and rolling casters make it easy to move across hardwood or tile floors. Plus, it features an adjustable seat height to best fit your desk.

I’ve had the chair for awhile and I love it. It’s lasted so far and has endured a few cat hairballs and cleaned up well. I did change the wheels for rubber ones as soon as it was delivered, so I can’t speak on the wheels it comes with. It’s cat approved and worth the buy!. Remington S. Dfw Area. Wed Oct 07 2026

Strap in for a comfortable chair constructed in thick contoured leather. Adjustable tilt tension and locking tilt control put you in charge of this chair's functionalities. Built-in lumbar support and one-touch pneumatic height adjustment assure relaxing support during heavy work sessions. Beautiful chrome accents set the presentation for this high-back faux leather manager's chair.

Submitting this review 15 months after delivery. This chair is a good value for the price. After 15 months of near daily use, the chair has held up in "new" condition without any issues. I don't recall if the description indicates the chair reclines or rocks back. There is "give" to the back but you would have to have a lot of weight and force to keep it in the "reclined" position which is only a few inches. This is not a problem for me as I don't need this functionality. The item was easy to assemble, I did it myself in no time at all. Make note, there are four small, plastic pieces to insert on each side of the chair that can be easily lost in the packaging. Also, they are plastic (cheap). Install them carefully because if you crack them, I'm sure there is no replacement part available. They require a little "force" to insert.. They are shown in photos so you know what pieces to look out for when you unbox.. Jennifer. Westport, CT. Mon Apr 18 2022

Backed by an impressive warranty and ANSI/BIFMA certification, this chair is the ultimate solution for those seeking both quality and comfort in their office seating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is definitely easier on my back than most office chairs. The worst thing about this chair is how adjustable the arm rests are. They move in just about EVERY direction and putting too much of your weight on them will make them go down without hitting the release button. It’s definitely easier to clean than fabric office chairs but someone got a drop of cleaner on the cushion and it appeared to permanently damage it. You have to be careful what you clean it with. Regular cleaning/disinfectant wipes will come away black from the seat material. Sydneyf67_2367. Sun May 11 2025

This is worth every penny. It is solid and sturdy. It was easy to assemble, but I did have help to hold things in place while I screwed in the bolts. It is definitely made for bigger people! Im a 59 curvy lady at 230lbs and this chair makes me feel little! If an office chair could be described as roomy this one would be. It is exactly what I needed and wanted. Note Avoid if you are any shorter than 59, as my feet are flat on the ground when the chair is at its lowest height setting. I love it, but anyone shorter than me may not appreciate it.. Sally.
