Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. The instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward — zero frustration!  The 2-in-1 grill and griddle design is brilliant. Having the option to sear steaks on the grill side while doing bacon, eggs, and smashed burgers on the griddle at the same time makes hosting so easy. The cooking surface is huge! The hardware/the nuts and bolts packet could’ve been identified a little bit easier comparative to the instruction sheet, the fire box itself two of the corners were bent quite a bit, and I had to mechanically re-straighten them out so that parts that needed to be attached to it could be in the holes would lineup properly. I did not want to drill new holes because I thought whatever guarantee I would have perhaps would be nullified and I sure didn’t want to go through the house of shipping it back. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. One shelf came dented right out of the box, which sucks because its brand new. That and the stickers they put on the shelves are goo gone proof. So thats disappointing. Thankfully it works fine. The hibachi is smaller than I expected but good enough to grill mushrooms and onions. The prep space is nice and I like that the top isnt bulky. Forget about Wayfair helping with issues with this grill. They refer you to the manufacture and you have to jump through hoops to contact anyone.
