Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. One thing it suggested when it arrives take and open all your sear and back cushions a day or two before you plan on setting it up so they can completely expane.. Marlena. La Porte, TX. I cannot say enough good things about this sectional! I spent months looking at couches and was extremely hesitant to order one online without sitting on it first. The Brinsley ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The taupe color is absolutely beautiful in person. It’s the perfect warm neutral and works beautifully with the rest of our room. It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. I gave it 4 stars because the back cushions is a bit flat. I will be adding more colorful pillows to compliment the color scheme. The rug is from wayfair too.. Cheng. Sun Jul 05 2026

This oversized sectional and ottoman look very nice in person. It does require a couple days for the cushions to decompress fully. It is comfy but I do wish the cushions were a little more dense. It was easy to assemble with two people, only took an hour. The reason for the four stars instead of five, the sides of the couch have 'marks' from the cushions being so tightly packed.. Dawn.
