... VERY disappointed in the overall quality of this product, which is certainly NOT wood, but compressed wood / particle board and what appears to be a Formica or Formica-like “wood” finish. There are a LOT of staples and glue used, as well. It’s no wonder nearly all pieces sustained some type of damage in transit. . . cannot imagine this lasting very long. Also, the color is not a grey or antique grey, as stated, but more of an odd light khaki(ish) color. . . waiting to be scheduled for the return pick up of the entire bedroom set (multiple pieces) and full refund. . . enormous disappointment and imposition (now have to find something else and hope it is available ASAP).. Overall, this bed is great for a kid. The metal frame makes it super sturdy and I think it will last a long time. The lights are a fun touch and you can control them via a phone app. Lights are dimmable. We thought everything would line up, but it doesn’t, so we are modifying the drawers a bit to make it work.
