I recently purchased this nightstand and overall I am satisfied with its design and features. It looks very modern and stylish, and the built-in lighting adds a nice touch to the room. I also really like that it includes a charging station, which is very convenient for everyday use. However, the assembly process could definitely be improved. The drawer slides come in three separate parts, and when trying to separate the third piece, the ball bearings can easily fall out. This made the installation frustrating and messy. In my case, two of the drawer slides were affected by this issue. It would be much better if the slides were designed in two pieces instead of three, making the setup easier and more user-friendly. I bought 2 we love them. I gave 4 stars bc of how long it took to assemble the first screw holes didnt seem very well bore out. The 1st took 4 hours, (partially my fault) the 2nd went much smoother about ½ the time. There are a lot of pieces, but they are very well labeled. The picture instructions are pretty easy to follow. I really love the look! I found the instructions extremely easy to follow. Directions came with both written and diagram instructions. I am in my mid 60s and building this nightstand was enjoyable and accomplishing. I like the fact that the nightlight is motion censored and will stay lit for about 10 seconds. I found it was unique that I could choose any color for the nightlight and also, can plug both my watch and phone into the nightstand… There is nothing I do not like about this (this includes the secret secret secret drawer)..
