I do like how the cabinets look. The doors have a soft close, but the drawers do not. Out of the four boxes, one box arrived four days later and it had damaged pieces. The customer service was able to replace the pieces, however, they also arrived four days after they said they would get here. Even the replacement pieces had damaged corners, but they were usable. Husband and wife tag team to put together the armoire. The first one took 2 hours, the second one took 1.5 hours and the third one took 1 hour so in total 4.5 hrs. It coms in 4 sections, so it’s very easy to spread the assembly out over a couple of days. The sections without drawers took about 1.5 hr each, and the sections without drawers were 2.5 hrs each. Really not bad at all considering the size of this thing. This is not heirloom furniture by any means, but it’s sturdy enough for what I need.
