I want to love this so so much! It was easy to install and other than being tedious work to hang the crystals they were easy. It looks absolutely gorgeous, however as you can see, I did not expect that the room would be so dark above the light, I also did not realize the rest of the room would have the broken light pattern on it. I have never owned a chandelier so I was unaware of these effects. For those reasons I dropped a star off. But the fan is so awesome on this light and the light it gives to the floor is excellent as well. I also do not like that the remote for this light is black. I believe it completely throws off the aesthetics of the room. I will be hiding the remote behind something because no way do I want a black remote on the wall. I wish it was white (. Laura. We have a "Florida basement" storage room in our modern organic coastal home that needed a light. This was perfect, nice (not cheap) quality and a little fun. You will be shocked at this modern yet traditional chandelier that doubles as a fan! The perfect combination of glam and function. It has an independent light. The blades retract when the fan is not in use!! How cool is that?! The crystals are beautiful and sparkly. Don't worry, the crystals do not move or make noise when the fan is on. It is perfect for your bedroom.

It is absolutely gorgeous! I love it. I put it in the smallest bedroom that doubles as my craftroom-guestroom. It moves the air nicely. Its not as strong as a standard fan, though, but that should be expected. 4 stars because the instructions were a little unclear for two people who have never installed a ceiling fan before. I had to read Reddit forums to figure it out, but we got it up there and working.
