A very heavy-duty bed frame that is specialized to fit standard King or standard queen bedding. This frame will not accommodate California or Western King bedding. Frame size must be specified at the time of purchase. The frame is not adjustable and can only fit one size or the other. The dimensions of the king bedding need to be 76"w x 80" long. This frame requires the use of a foundation or box spring. This heavy-duty frame has ten (10) legs that utilize our uniquely designed high-strength glides. The frame using these glides has been tested with a 2000-pound load. The glides are stronger than a wheel while maintaining the same or better mobility. These glides are safe on all flooring surfaces. They will not mark or scuff a wood floor like wheels. This frame sits approximately 8" off the floor. Came in one box very quickly and everything was packed in the storage compartment at the bottom of the bed...The bed is pretty straightforward to put together - took me by myself about 1 hour total and its pretty solid and sturdy. My son loves that metal/faux leather/wood look and its nice to have outlets and space for phone etc at the top of the bed and storage at the bottom.
