We love a tufted Upholstered bed as it gives the illusion of space to a small room or one with a low ceiling. This one fuses modern elements with traditional style and just may be the piece you design your bedroom around. It is made from a blend of engineered wood and steel and showcases a button-tufted upholstered panel headboard wrapped in foam and 100% linen. The surround is also upholstered for a tailored look. A system of slats and legs eliminates the need for a box spring – just top it with the mattress of your choice (not included). Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. The frame seems pretty lightweight, but the person putting it together said it's sturdy. I ordered this for a guest bedroom, so it won't be getting daily use. I like the roominess under the bed allowed by the height of the bed frame, which makes it good for storage if you're inclined. The 14" tall frame gives about 12" of space under it. The slats have around 7" between them. I had a hard time finding this information when I was looking at the description.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026
