Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. Very satisfied customer! Mattress is very comfortable, plush yet supportive. Im a side sleeper, hubby is side back and both of us have been sleeping so much better. It seems like it’s a victim of shrinkflation. I replaced a 25 year old mattress with as close to the same thing as I could find and it was smaller than the orig. It seems comfy although the sides seem soft when getting out of bed. Not sure what I was expecting but it came in a box. I’m not sure how that does not damage the springs in the mattress. Virginia.
