I was very pleasantly surprised by this chair -- I've been searching for a comfortable desk chair made of something less ugly than mesh, and while I would've loved real leather, this chair was much more budget-friendly and it's really quite nice. It's larger (in a good way!) and more comfy than I expected, it took less than 10 minutes to assemble, and it doesn't smell like plastic or chemicals. The wheels move smoothly on a hardwood floor and don't leave marks. The back is supportive but also well-cushioned. I do a lot of focused desk work (sometimes don't get up for 3-4 hours) and this chair makes it easier. I'll be keeping this until my business is successful enough to upgrade to a chair made of fancy Italian leather (this is not happening any time soon, which means the chair will be with me for a long time).. Usually, there are slight differences... the color might look different, etc. 2) The material is very soft and the color is beautiful! 3) It was easy to assemble (with exception to 1 caveat, see below) The cons: 1) Poorly aligned pre-drilled holes, combined with poorly molded hardware (screws) make what is a simple assembly, incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. 2) Thankfully, the assembly was self explanatory because the instructions provided were useless. 3) The back doesn't adjust the way described. Overall, the chair isn't nearly as comfortable as I'd hoped. However, it's good enough that I will keep it versus having to disassemble and return it. I understand at this price point, you're not getting a high end desk chair. However, I was still disappointed by the quality of materials and quality of the pre-fabrication.
