It's a good, solid chair, and I like that it can be lifted up much higher than the average desk chair. I'm a 12/14, and though I've never been bottom-heavy, my entire you-know-what fills out this chair with little wiggle room. Unlike my old chair, which had a wider cushion, there is no way I can sit cross-legged (which is fine, it's bad for my knees anyway). So just be aware of that.
