Replaced a large chandelier with this fan - light. Fan was easy to assemble and fills the space with a nice rustic look. Fan provides ample airflow and has has run timer allowing you to set and forget it. I my installation it provides just enough light for the area but if you need this for bright area lighting you may need to find bright bulbs.
