I purchased this same item 5 years ago for a rental cabin and am purchasing it again for me next one. I didn't want to pay a lot for it, but also wanted it to look good and last, so chose this due to the good reviews. When I had the first one installed the plumber said he had never heard of the brand but was surprised at how good it was. The original brushed chrome still looks beautiful. This is a very nice faucet, I got it in black. It matches the restoration faucet perfectly. The shower head is extremely powerful, it’s great but we changed it because it started to sting our skin. Buyer beware. It seems the parts for this set are not standard. I only needed the valves which you cannot buy so if you have a leak and don't want to open your bathroom wall you have to buy a whole new set in order to swap out parts. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it if you're doing a full replacement. Get something you're sure you'll be able to get parts for should just a valve or something break or wear out. Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out.
