I like the outcome, but I would suggest padding your measurements for mistakes, etc. I had several tiles where the corners broke off. I have a floating plywood floor over the carpet in my sewing room. I had put peel and stick tiles on it. The were peeling up. I wanted one continuous piece of linoleum instead of the 12 in peel and stick. I found this flooring and 1 roll was exactly enough to do my floating floor. I really like how the flooring came out. It was very easy to lay. I used a heat gun to take the prior tiles with a heat gun. I sourced this in Noir for a shower floor, and it came out beautifully. The basketweave pattern adds just the right amount of visual interest while still feeling classic and grounded.
