Our queenfull size murphy bed can be easily folded into the wall when not in use, freeing up more space for your home or office. This bed is made of high quality MDF and plywood. It has a weight capacity of more than 1,000 pounds. The metal structure is coated with waterproof and rustproof black powder coating, and the lifting mechanism has been tested for more than 500 times. It is absolutely a perfect addition to your home.  Reminder: our product includes two cartons/packages, which may arrive on different days. Solid wall, brick or concrete walls are required for installing our murphy bed. Please ensure that the wall thickness is sufficient for the provided screws. Secure the bed firmly to the wall before operating the murphy bed.

Assembly wasn’t too hard to understand like others are making it seem, just gotta use your brain. The hardest part was fitting into tight corners to tighten some of the camber bolts and whatnot. Very nice king size bed frame, but it has SO MANY PIECES.. it took us 4 hours to put this together. The drawers underneath are flimsy wire racks that have tiny plastic wheels underneath. This Murphy Bed comes in several heavy boxes with a lot of pieces. So it's definitely my recommendation to hire a professional to put it together to save you time and to ensure the product is assembled properly with anchoring to the wall for security. I must say it came together beautifully and will fit our needs for additional modern style storage and sleep space when we have overnight guests. The material is somewhat sturdy manufactured wood which is only noticeable up close. The frame will definitely only fit a 10 inch mattress or less. We tried a 12 in and the main door will not close. As many have mentioned, it would have been great to have shelves inside the cabinet but if you're handy you can easily install some for more storage. I have been shopping around for a quality Murphy bed for quite some time and almost bought a $4000 model but I'm glad I was able to save once I found this one for a fraction of the cost. I really like the Murphy bed it was delivered on time and was in almost perfect condition. The item had one minor scratch, and it was easy to paint over. Please do not remove the iron straps compressing the hydraulic rods until you attach them to the body. Removing it early will cause the rod too long to fit into the predrilled hole.
