For the price, you're getting a lot of furniture that is really nice (in person). It's comfortable and is just what we were looking for. I had originally been deadset on Sunbrella, but this style was what I wanted so my thought is - I can use these cushion covers (which are nice) until they are no longer usable and can always swap them with Sunbrella - but at a fraction of the cost. I was furious that Fedex lost these for well over a week (4 big boxes!) and Wayfair offered me nothing for the trouble - but I won't take a star away from this item for that, it's not the items fault.. I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart! This patio sectional is exactly what I wanted for my fire pit patio. It is very comfortable! It’s fits the space perfectly and I can’t wait to have friends over. Building it sucked! The included wrench didn’t fit the bolt heads so I used my own. To be fair, I recommend a socket wrench for this anyway because it will take exponentially longer without one. As for the allen wrench, it fit and worked well. Again, I recommend a socket driver. Mine didn’t fit the angles so I was stuck with the provided allen wrench and it took a long time. Acceptable quality for the price. Everything was packaged extremely well. Nothing was damaged in transport however everything is very tightly packed so be careful pulling things out. The instructions were very easy to follow. I would recommend using a power drill on a very low torque setting to put it together if you can otherwise it will take you a very long time. Fortunately, most of the set goes together in the same manner so by the time you are four or five sections in it becomes much faster and easier to put together. All of the holes lined up, and they sent extra of all the fastener types. Once everything was together, the cushions went on easily. They were well upholstered, and the foam was a decent thickness and firmness. The fire pit coffee table worked on the first try. The only drawback I would give the set is things are fairly lightweight so if you bump into them or sit down heavily, you will shift the set around. The pull-out ottomans are a wonderful feature, and the set creates a cozy space to relax with a cup of coffee, read a book, or simply enjoy the outdoors. The gray cushions and wicker complement my deck beautifully. If you're expecting premium outdoor furniture, you may be disappointed. But if you're looking for an attractive, functional, and affordable patio set that doesn't break the bank, I think it's a great purchase.
