Overall it’s okay. The material is very nice and soft. Its pretty hard to sit on, not much cushioning, but not horrible. The 2 points of major criticism I have is that, on both sides, metal is pushing into the connecting cloth of seat to foot rest and will obviously rip over time. The worst though is the foot rest is at a down angle, you are not able to rest your lower legs and foot, all weight is on the calves (only point of contact) and that edge of the foot rest is hard.. This is a great chair. The rocking and swivel are so smooth and no noises or squeaks at all. The foot rest is a little stiff to push down with my legs but that should get better with time. It really reclines far and is really comfortable to lay in. The phone holder widens to allow for my phone and case. The arm to hold the phone is nice and stiff and hold the phone pretty well.. A.
