I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

I cannot stress enough how much to avoid purchasing from wayfair. Save yourself the stress and unprofessionalism. I ordered this couch and not only did it arrive defective but it also looks nothing like the pictures. Half of the couch did not expand so the couch is very uneven. I reached out to customer service and they don't allow you to speak to a manager and the return process is a nightmare. These couches are wrapped in plastic and they expand over 72 hours. I gave mine 5 days to expand and half of it is shorter than the other half of the couch and they only accept a return if you find a way to get the couch into a box. HOW????? how could I magically roll a couch back to flatness into plastic and then roll it into a box?? Then if you ask for a replacement they say you have to return the defective piece whoch again HOW??? how can i deflate a couch back into flatness into plastic and then into a box?? It’s impossible! Then i beg to speak to a manager and for them to make this right and they consistently say no manager is available. So I paid nearly 1 thousand dollars for a defective couch and all they can say is find a way to return it in a box or there’s nothing they can do. They take zero accountability and dont fix their mistake. Who wants half a couch thats shorter than the other side. It looks a mess. I would never recommend anyone to order from WAyfair its extremely unprofessional and a scam with terrible customer service or resolution service. Look at the photos!!. Jay. California. Experience cloud-like comfort with this 113'' oversized modular sofa, thoughtfully designed for deep lounging and lasting support. Soft cushions filled with foam gently cradle you, while breathable upholstery and a layered seat design deliver a cozy, weightless feel. With generous 32.7" wide seats, flexible layout options, and removable washable covers, it’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and feel at home.

The couch is…fine. It looks like one of the big comfy lounge all day sofas, but it’s only in looks. The feather layer of the cushions is super thin and you immediately sink to the foam underneath. That would be fine if the foam underneath was good quality. It is not. It is surprisingly hard foam. That being said, for the 850 it cost, I’m not too upset. The linen type fabric is nice and the installation wasn’t too bad. Took me a few hours to do it solo. Having an Allen key drill bit will save you so much time. The foam takes a couple days to fully expand and the fabric is crazy wrinkled when first taken out of the vacuum seal bag. I steamed the fabric and the wrinkles came out almost immediately, so that was nice. The couch gives the look I wanted and is fine to sit on for a couple of hours. I would just spend more on a nicer sofa if ultimate comfort is your main priority. If cost is your main priority, then this will serve you just fine as long as you know what to expect!. Colby. FL.
