I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. I had to say I was shocked to hear that from 2 different people. 1 being a total stranger, and another a family friend. Its decent. Support difficult to unroll and cut out of the plastic layers. I have a nic in the fabric now from cutting the plastic off so that's sad. The ended of the mattress lack support, so I think it's best for 1 person or 2 smaller people. If you try to sit right on the edge, it collapsed. Or if you put your entire weight through your hand, etc. I think it's a good budget mattress. Time will tell how long it lasts.. Anik. I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable.
