These blinds seem very well made. I love that you can see through them but still have the shade where you need it. Directions are pretty vague, picture only. It would’ve been nice to have have measurements of where to install brackets. Also upon installation, we did discover that the blinds themselves only measure 94” not the 96” as stated. Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Our powder-coated aluminum posts prevent rusting and provide stability to your screen. This screen is no-dig and very easy to install without tearing up your yard or leaving large holes behind.

This is my fourth purchase of the same item. I use it to surround my covered patio when I don’t want the sun coming in. The light color let the light come in. This fourth one was much easier to install than the first three. The only reason I had to buy a fourth was because a tree limb came down on one of the older ones. They hold up very well to winds.
