This chair is great!! Buying a second one for my office.. Evan. Mebane, NC. Tue Sep 01 2026

Encourages a more ergonomic posture as it distributes your weight across the body more evenly than a standard chair. Design with 90 degree seated angle, this kneeling stool encourages forward tilt in the pelvis to keep the lower back at the correct position while in use and place your body weight on your buttocks, removing imbalance and realigning your body with continued use. Once a stable base has been set up the whole of the back is then supported correctly, lowering pressure through the spine and neck. The padded seat and knee cushion is made of 100% moulded foam which is more durable than recycled foam cushion.Kneeling chairs sit you in a position to allow your diaphragm to move efficiently and promote better breathing and blood circulation. The frame is height adjustable to get into your preferred seat height. The kneeling stool is suitable for a range of users.

Bought this for my daughter and she says it's great on her back. Easy to assemble. Farah. Fri May 17 2024

Well made for the price. The cushion could be a little thicker but I'm 6.1" and 185 lbs...anyways it works. It is compact which I love, however the wheels are the worst but I changed them out with others for like $20. Right now I use it for about half the day and then back to the chair for the rest because I'm still adapting to it...which should change over time. Overall good knee chair for the price.. Ryan. This chair took just minutes to assemble, and I’m really impressed with it! I love that you’re not stuck sitting in just one position. You can use it as a traditional kneeling chair, sit crisscrossed, or rotate the kneeleg support completely out of the way and sit normally. I also wasn’t expecting the cushions to be so thick and comfortable they’re much more supportive than I anticipated. I’m 54 and about 135 lbs., and it fits me really well. If you’re stuck sitting in an office for hours and like to change positions throughout the day, this is a great option. Comfortable, easy to assemble, versatile, and definitely a great buy!. Laurin. This kneeling chair is very comfortable and well-designed. The assembly was straight forward. I love this saddle chair. The first time I noticed this type of chair was at my doctor's office. All the nurses, doctors, and support staff had them, which told him "they are onto something here." As a writer and editor I spend countless hours at my desk, so this chair is great to keep my posture straight, my legs uncrossed, and it forces me to stand up every hour and move around. This is not a "comfort" chair. It's a chair that ensures you're sitting correctly until it become second nature. The main reason I ordered this chair is because I'm 5'1" so I needed an office chair that wasn't too deep and where my feet could reach the floor comfortably, and this one is perfect for that. The only little advice I have is that this chair moves around easily and very quickly, so, you can't lean into it when sitting down because it will move backwards and you can fall. I've already caught myself twice almost falling, but it hasn't happened again. Now I know, and pay attention when sitting down. My lower back pain and sciatica pain is gone and I sit much straighter now. Could not be happier! Definitely recommend. (I got the blue to match my home office decor). I will update my review if anything changes.. Linda. US. Thu Jul 30 2026

We sometimes have to endure the fatigue of sitting for long periods of time, due to the uncomfortable design of regular chairs. Ive been looking for an alternative to the standard desk chair since I work a desk job only to come home and do homework at my desk. While this chair isnt perfect, it is by far the best option Ive found. The angles are a bit off, 8 hours in this chair would be unthinkable, adjusting the chair while sitting on it is absolutely terrifying, and my back will probably never even touch the backrest, but I am happy with it. Would definitely recommended.. Amy. Imperial, MO. Thu Apr 16 2026

LOVE this chair! Well made, sturdy, arrived well packaged, and easy to assemble. For those who do not already sit cross-legged, I would suggest allowing a period of time for your body to adjust to sitting easily in the posture. It is well worth the effort as a seated cross-legged position naturally allows the body to maintain a healthy posture. For me, I had already taken the time to learn to sit cross-legged before purchasing the chair and found that I did not need to raise the upper seat at all in order to achieve a comfortable seat. The main surface (where the crossed legs rest) is large and comfortable. I had to raise my desk about 3 inches in order to allow for my knees to go underneath the desk and my hands/arms to fall in a comfortable position to type. Again, well worth the adjustment. When I do sit for long periods of time, I experience fatigue in my back and core, but that is to be expected as those areas strengthen after sitting in a chair where I did not have to engage those muscles. A pleasant surprise - the upper seat arrived with a cover which was not mentioned in the description. Highly recommend!. Sharon. Ephrata, PA. Tue Sep 26 2023
