Frame size must be specified at the time of purchase. The frame is not adjustable and can only fit one size or the other. The dimensions of the king bedding need to be 76"w x 80" long. This frame requires the use of a foundation or box spring. This heavy-duty frame has ten (10) legs that utilize our uniquely designed high-strength glides. The frame using these glides has been tested with a 2000-pound load. The glides are stronger than a wheel while maintaining the same or better mobility. Just kind of speeds of the process, but it is nice. honestly I would use this more as a guest bedroomor in a guest bedroom so Im not sure about the quality although it does have the wood planks for stability so its firm it doesnt feel like its gonna break or anything like that. It is a good quality bedframe and its nice. It looks pretty elegant. For the price its a good bed but for longevity or something thats more of a statement piece. Very pleased with this purchase! Needed a bed frame for a room with a queen and a twin xl and wanted them to match. This was virtually the only option as the twin xl is limiting. Quality is very acceptable, especially at the price. Total assembly took 50 minutes and the only tip is not to tighten the bolts at the foot (pictured) until the footboard rail is attached. Note the feet pictured at the end of the bed are metal and look different than the Wayfair images. Bed is pictured with a 13” Members Mark Hotel Collection mattress. Total height is 23” and I have the headboard positioned in the higher setting and there’s a 1” gap between the mattress. The frame seems pretty lightweight, but the person putting it together said it's sturdy. I ordered this for a guest bedroom, so it won't be getting daily use. I like the roominess under the bed allowed by the height of the bed frame, which makes it good for storage if you're inclined. The 14" tall frame gives about 12" of space under it. I'm very happy with the metal bed frame. Comfortable and sturdy. I have limited storage, so appreciate that I can store things underneath the frame (air conditioner during winter, winter clothes during summer, etc.). I attached the frame to a metal headboard, and it looks like the two go together. The only draw back is that over time the mattress shifts one or two inches on the frame; however it is very easy to shift the mattress back so it aligns with the headboard.. Edisa. NY.
