I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. As advertised. Slide in security panel was warped when it arrived and the box was a bit torn in one spot. Not very securely packaged, but I was able to re-form the slide in panel, and make it work. It would be a 5 star rating if it had come with a second panel to go on the outside position which would make it more secure. The aluminum frame is very well designed and fits together nicely.
